About Us
HapiWelkin began in 2014 in Rajapalayam, Tamil Nadu, working directly in rural schools. We saw the same gap everywhere: schools taught marks, but nobody was teaching happiness or creativity — and nobody could measure it.
Twelve years and hundreds of schools later, we built the answer: an AI platform that measures a student's happiness and creativity, and turns that into a program teachers can actually run.
Today, HapiWelkin is based in Chennai and works with schools across Tamil Nadu, backed by research from Harvard, Oxford, UC Berkeley, NIH, WHO, and the APA.
